Watch Michelle's races live online
I just found out that there is a live internet broadcast of indoor nationals tomorrow and Saturday. The link will be available here once the meet starts. Michelle will be running at 7:05 pm (mile prelims) and 9:35 pm (distance medley relay) Central Time on Friday, and (cross your fingers) at 6:25 pm Saturday (mile final).

I have such a wonderful family :)
Also, I love that she wears long shorts! For multiple reasons including that it makes it easier to keep track of her!
